From Scrubs to Strategy — A Journey That Started in the OR

My name is Higor, and long before founding Nursefy, I walked the long hospital corridors — pushing stretchers between surgical rooms and patient beds, sometimes to the morgue. I started as a hospital orderly, became a surgical nursing technician, then trained as a scrub nurse in orthopedics, and today I coordinate an entire surgical instrumentation team.

This brand was born from real, hands-on experience — from someone who’s lived every shift, every emergency, and every long hour of care.

Why Nursefy?

The idea came from a simple realization: caregivers deserve care too. I saw nurses — especially women — pouring heart and soul into their work while still searching for small ways to bring personality and joy into their routines. Whether it was a cute badge reel, a colorful pen, or a spark of humor on their scrubs — those little touches made a big difference.

I realized no one was truly speaking to these professionals in a way that made them feel understood. And that with the right branding and a voice that connects emotionally, this could become something much bigger than a store — it could become a movement.
