Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@nursefy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions for how to return your product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us with a photo and order number.
