  2. Enter your Order Number (e.g., #NF1234) and the email used at checkout.

  3. Click Track to see real‑time updates.

Heads‑up: It can take up to 72 h after dispatch for tracking codes to appear in international carrier systems.

Status glossary
In Production: Crafting or personalizing your item.
Shipped: En route to destination country.
Arrived in Country: At local distribution hub or awaiting customs clearance.
Out for Delivery: Expect delivery within 24–48 business hours.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than five business days, contact us via WhatsApp or email with the subject “Tracking” and we’ll investigate directly with the carrier.
